Chichester Art Society

​On 1st January 2012, Andrew Pearson became the Society President. He is approaching the position with enthusiasm and about his art he says:

"I draw and paint with anything I think will make interesting marks. I do not aim for realism, which the camera does better. I am interested in space, composition, simplicity, honesty and beauty. I do not like pretty pictures.

In my short time with the Society I have seen people do adventurous things. I applaud this and wish to encourage it. Let us all get out of our comfort zones! Let's be bold!"
